August 8, 2008 EMT Skill Sheets
The Board, with direction and assistance from the Education Committee, has revised the skill sheets for the EMT Basic program evaluation process. These skill sheets reflect changes made through July 2008. These skill sheets shall be used for evaluating students that are participating in programs that begin on or after August 5, 2008. Students being evaluated from courses that began on or before August 4, 2008, will be evaluated using the previous skill sheets. Course instructors should be aware that their EMT Basic training program should include all of the didactic information needed for students to demonstrate an adequate level of competency in each of the attached skill areas. Training institutions and testing agencies are responsible for assuring the correct evaluation forms are utilized for all students being tested.

You have been invited to take the following survey: 2007-2008 Kentucky EMSC Agency Survey.
This survey is part of a national assessment on pediatric issues for EMS being conducted in all 50 states and the 6 territories. The survey is an effort to identify the status of some pediatric-focused performance measures and the need for certain standards. This letter was sent to you because you have been identified in our licensing data base as a contact person for your EMS agency.
It is important you respond because your answers are statistically significant and represent other agencies similar to yours. If you have already completed the survey, thank you. You need not complete it again.
To complete the survey, copy and paste the link below into your browser OR click on the link to open a new browser http://www.nedarc.org/surveys/KY/EMS/
