The EMT Reciprocity Packet is for individuals that are currently certified in another state wishing to obtain certification in Kentucky. The individuals must be currently certified by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians. A money order or certified check must be included for $165.00 payable to Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Services.
